Whether you’re looking to help your immune function, decrease disease risk, improve skin, or simply improve your overall health, beet kvass can make a worthy addition to your daily routine. We do not use Rye bread or yeast keeping our Kvass Gluten Free. We add fresh Ginger and Green Cabbage during the fermentation process adding additional flavor and benefits.
